TOEFL IBT San Francisco important tips
- If you’re taking the TOEFL IBT in San Francisco, please be advised that it’s a good idea to arrive fairly early. An Omni student took the test last weekend, and it seems that the security was pretty tight, almost like at an airport. So be sure to give yourself enough time to check in.
- Also, VERY IMPORTANT: make sure you write your name with exactly the same spelling as it appears on your passport. If there is any discrepancy, you may be refused entrance to the test. Apparently a testee was sent home last weekend because he’d spelled his name slightly differently.
So be careful and good luck!
And btw, if you need help with any part of the TOEFL IBT preparation, don’t hesitate to contact Omni Tutoring. We offer free 20 minute assessments and can generally pinpoint the problems you’re having pretty quickly.
Here’s what one recent student had to say about Omni’s TOEFL prep:
The tutoring sessions with Kevin were extremely helpful! He offered a free Skype assessment where he analyzed my English and answered all my questions regarding the tutoring and the TOEFL test. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the structure of the test and provides helpful strategies and tips. The tutoring is an ideal preparation.
